This will ONLY be for your FIRST TIME canceling day of. After the first time, any day of cancellations will be charged 85% and you will have to go through scheduling a new appointment through the booking link. If you decide to follow up with the appointment the following week: you will be charged the remaining 15% of the appointment. Any no call no shows will be charged 100% for the service scheduled I feel this policy works best for my clients & is completely fair for both myself & the clients as well.
